We understand the trust involved in hiring someone to care for your home. Precision Clean is a licensed, bonded, and insured cleaning service. We make safety and security a priority, but if the unthinkable happens, you can rest assured that you and your home are protected. We never employ independent contractors-- so all of our staff members are employees of Precision Clean.

Rigorous screening policy

Our selection process includes identity verification, federal database criminal history check, local hand pulled criminal check for all counties of record, and employment history verification. Aside from rigorous security screening, we put a lot of time and effort into hiring friendly, enthusiastic team members who are committed to taking the best care of your home.

Super easy payment options

Options are key in the convenience game, so we like to offer as many as possible. We do require a credit card on file for easy payment but our routine clients can also pay by check or cash. All of our staff members can accept check or cash payments on the day of your service. For recurring clients, we keep your credit card on file so you don't have to worry about leaving payment at each clean. We just run your card at the completion of your clean and email you a receipt.

We provide the supplies and equipment

We bring all of the sanitized tools and equipment. We bring commercial grade Shark vacuums with HEPA filtration; this saves you the time and expense of maintaining cleaning equipment and refilling cleaning supplies. Rest assured that we have taken care of everything for you!

Same technicians, every visit

We want our team to become part of your family. Familiar faces are an integral part of what makes the Precision Clean experience different from other cleaning services. Once you establish a regular cleaning schedule, we will make it a priority to provide you with the same team for each appointment; that way we become familiar with your home, and you can feel comfortable, knowing that we personalize every visit for you and your family. If for some reason it is not the same team we will let you know ahead of time. We do ensure at least one person on the team is familiar with your home.

I have over 26 years of management and customer service experience and I’m proud to be a UNC-Chapel Hill graduate, an Army Veteran (and yes, a Jumpmaster!), and an Army spouse with two boys, 14 and 12 and a rambunctious Bernese Mountain Dog-Moose!

I served as a Logistics Officer, a manager in The Home Depot Store Leadership Program, Fort Polk Customer Service Officer, and as a Quality Assurance Officer at Fort Bragg.

My favorite things to do are spending time with family, traveling, iFit, Orangetheory, and pinning to Pinterest with the hopes of actually becoming that “Pinterest-mom” who cuts out animal-shaped food for my son’s lunch boxes!

I believe that nothing is more important than superior customer service and ensuring that the client is "wowed" every time!

Tiffany is from Charleston, SC. She has spent her early years in law enforcement and in management. She is the mother to a 11 year old girl, a 9 year old boy and an 18 month old baby girl. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and volunteering. Tiffany has been with Precision Clean for 7 years.

Tori hails from Lexington, SC and lives with her husband, her twin boys (14), her 8 year old son, and 5 year old daughter. Before joining the Precision Clean team she was a stay-at-home mom. She enjoys helping her retired military husband train police and border patrol canines and hauling all the kids between dance classes and sporting events. Tori has been with Precision Clean almost 8 months and we are so lucky to have her!
